Thu, 3 August 2006 Straight from the VP's mouth. Bud and I talk about his adoption of Agile and Lean practices in his line of business. Who said you can not do Agile in an opreations group...Not Me. Capital One has a large Agile implimentation and Bud was one of the early adopters. I enjoyed this interview quite a bit.
