Jaraed is one of several authors that I met at the NFJS conference
here in the DC area. He has a book out called Just Ship It
and I believe that you should take a look at it. It offers
advice that can allow nearly any shop to make there process more
Agile.

Are you ready for Aspect Oriented Programming, if not give this a
listen and hopefully you will learn a bit more about the topic from
Ramnivas. I met him at the NFJS here in the DC area and he
was kind enough to teach me a thing or two about AOP.
It's not just for security and logging anymore.
