I speak with Brian Robertson about the project governance
structure called Holocracy. This is an interesting
process of structuring the organization while still allowing self
orgnaization within the structure. This seems like it could
work in Agile Organization.
Brian has a ton of energy and I'm sure he will be taking this
forward.

Holocracy is a very very powerful mind thinking paradime. To impliment this mind set must be part of a choice, an internal choice, for the good of the whole system. To put it to work must be fun. At least to me.The principle might be simple: design an objetive, bigger than the one single person, and the cell, the group, manages the actions, taking into considerations the factors that might be the obstacales. The cell, committed to the result will make it happen!!
