I had the chance to drop in on the NFJS Fall tour in Reston VA. This panel discussion covers a wide variety of topics. Mostly related to Java and Ruby but with a little simplicity and Agile thrown into the mix.
It was a fun discussion and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. -bob |

I spoke with Bob at the end of the last day of the conference. At this point we were both tired. Bob can always liven up a room and he was able to get one last burst of Podcast Energy from me.
We discuss a number of topics but the podcast is short and sweet. Enjoy -bob payne |

Mary Lynn is the co author of Fearless Change and the Chair of the Agile 2007 Conference here in Washington DC. What can I say ... the book is great and I look forward to working with her on Agile 2007.
I did not get as much time to talk with her at the conference as I would have liked since she was swamped. - bob |

Dot is the first practicioner of DSDM that I have spoken with on the Agile Toolkit Podcast. DSDM is one of the early Agile Metodologies that has taken hold in Europe and the UK but has not made the jump to the states yet.
DSDM has a more formalized prioritization process that is refered to as the MoSCoW process. - Must Have - Should Have - Could Have - Won't Have I enjoyed my talk with Dot and I hope you will also. -bob |
